NPCC Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 52 Site Engineer, Sr. Associate, JE And Assistant Posts

The National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) has issued Advertisement No. 500518/ Contract/ 2026/III for NPCC Recruitment 2026. The company has invited online applications for 52 vacancies in its Zonal Offices on a contract basis. NPCC is a Mini Ratna Category-I, Premier Schedule ‘B’ CPSU and a subsidiary of WAPCOS Limited.

The posts include Site Engineer (Civil), Site Engineer (Electrical), Sr. Associate (Office Support), Junior Engineer (Civil) and Assistant. Candidates will be engaged for an initial period of one year, which may be extended. The online application window opened on 15th October 2026 and will close on 31st October 2026.

NPCC will fill a total of 52 vacancies under NPCC Recruitment 2026. The post-wise distribution is given in the table below.

The vacancies are spread across six Zonal Offices. The zone-wise positions are as follows.

NPCC Recruitment 2026: Salary and Benefits

• The company will bear the employer’s contribution towards Provident Fund at 12%.
• A fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,250/- per month will also be paid for all the posts.
• An additional 12.5% of the consolidated remuneration will be admissible to employees posted in the North East Region, which covers the North East Zone and the Tripura Zone.
• Employees posted in Bangalore, the headquarters of the Southern Zone, will receive an additional 5%.
• The Selection Committee may offer a higher consolidated remuneration based on relevant work experience. Any experience that does not conform to the relevant field will be ignored.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Upper age limit for all posts: 40 years

The age limit for NPCC Recruitment 2026 will be calculated as on 30th September 2026, which is the cutoff date for all eligibility criteria. Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen) are entitled to age relaxation as per Government of India rules. Educational Qualification

The MBA or Post Graduation for the Sr. Associate (Office Support)-Finance and Sr. Associate (Office Support)-HR posts must be of a minimum two years’ duration. NPCC will decide the equivalence of qualifications at its discretion.

If the degree certificate does not mention the required specialisation, the candidate must submit a certificate from the university or institute stating it clearly. Where CGPA/ OGPA or grades are awarded, the equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form.

Nationality

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for NPCC Recruitment 2026.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required for any of the posts.

Selection Process

• The selection procedure for NPCC Recruitment 2026 will be decided by NPCC depending on the response received for the posts.
• It may be conducted through a personal interview or any other appropriate method.
• The final selection will be based on performance in the interview or the method adopted by NPCC.
• An Offer of Appointment will be issued thereafter.
• Appointment will also be subject to the candidate being found medically fit by an approved Government hospital or medical board.

• Matriculation/ Secondary Certificate/ Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
• Complete set of marksheets/ degree certificate in support of qualification and specialisation
• Proof of post-qualification experience, if any, indicating date of joining, date of relieving and CTC for each position held
• Pay slip of the latest month
• Latest Form-16 of the last two financial years, if applicable
• Category certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India, if applicable
• Disability certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
• Income and Asset Certificate for EWS reservation, valid for the financial year 2026-27, if applicable
• Aadhaar Card and any other supporting documents

Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, State Government organisations, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies may submit their NOC at the time of interview.
