NTPC Recruitment 2024: The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) is now recruiting eligible candidates for 250 vacancies for posts of Deputy Manager in various disciplines. Candidates who are willing to apply for the recruitment drive need to get themselves registered online before the 28th of September, 2024.

Pay Scale

The shortlisted candidates for the NTPC Recruitment 2024 will avail of a pay scale of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 (E4 Grade/IDA).

Eligibility Criteria

(a) Deputy Manager (Electrical Erection)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical with at least 60% marks.
• Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/ trainee period, if any) in Power/Steel/Refinery/ Fertilizer/Oil & Gas/ Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/Maintenance / Commissioning in Electrical area.

(b) Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection)

• Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Mechanical with at least 60% marks.
• Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/ trainee period, if any) in Power/ Steel/ Refinery/ Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Cement out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/ Maintenance/ Commissioning in Mechanical area.

(c) Deputy Manager (C&I Erection)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech. Degree with at least 60% marks.
• Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/ trainee period, if any) in the Power/ Steel/ Refinery/ Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Erection/ Maintenance/ Commissioning in C&I area.

(d) Deputy Manager (Civil Construction)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Civil with at least 60% marks.
• Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (Including training/ trainee period, if any) in Power/ Steel/ Refinery/ Fertilizer/ Oil & Gas/ Cement sector out of which a minimum of 3 Years site experience in Civil Construction

Selection Procedure

• The selection procedure for NTPC Recruitment 2024 depends on the qualifications and work experience. To restrict the number of candidates, if so required, the management reserves the right to conduct a multi-stage selection process which may comprise of Application shortlisting/ screening (based on qualification, no. of years of post-qualification experience/ site experience, etc.), written/ computer-based test, personal interview etc OR to raise the minimum eligibility standards/ criteria, as per requirement.
• It is pertinent to mention that the mere fact that a candidate is fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/ her the right to be shortlisted/ called for a written test/Interview or to be considered further for the selection process.

Documents Required

• Class-X/ Class-XlI Examination, Admit Card/ Pass Certificate/ Marksheet issued by Central/ State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of their claim of age
• Certificates of HSLC to Post-Graduation Degree
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Documents in support of 10 years post qualification executive experience clearly highlighting the 03 years site experience in erection/construction/ maintenance/commissioning (as indicated against each post in this advertisement).
• The candidates from private sector should also submit Form 16 of current/previous employer for the last 03 Financial years
• The candidates from Govt/Public Sector undertaking to submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) from current employer
• The candidates from Govt/ Public Sector undertaking should provide pay-scale circular/matrix to verify minimum 02 years experience in the post and scale of Rs 60000-180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level post/ profile.
