Stipends

The candidates selected under PGCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will have the following amount of stipends:

Note: If there is no accommodation facility, then the selected candidates will get an amount of ₹2500 along with their stipend amount

Eligibility Criteria

Individuals awaiting the results of their final examination are not eligible to apply for PGCIL Apprentice Recruitment 2024.
Those who have not reached 18 years of age are not eligible.
Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training in any organization, regardless of duration can’t apply for these posts.
Individuals with job experience exceeding 1 year are also not eligible.
Candidates should have completed their required qualifications within the last two years from the application closing date (i.e., from 09.09.2022 to 08.09.2024)

Diploma Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Diploma Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Graduate Electrical: Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical Engineering
Graduate Civil: B.E., B.Tech., or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Graduate (Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering): B.E., B.Tech., or B.Sc. in Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering
Graduate (Computer Science): B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science Engg./ Information Technology
HR Executive: MBA in HR, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, or an equivalent qualification
CSR Executive: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development/ Management or an equivalent qualification
Law Executive: Graduate Degree in any discipline and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) OR five years of Integrated LLB Degree (Professional)
Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) degree with proficient knowledge of the English language
PR Assistant: Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMC)/ Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication/ B.A. (Journalism & Mass Comm.) or equivalent courses
Library Professional Assistant: Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences (BLIS) after graduation or equivalent qualification
Business Development Executive: MBA (Business Development/ International Business/ Marketing) or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Development/ International Business/ Marketing
Diploma in Office Management (earlier SECRETARIAL PRACTICE): Diploma in Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice/ Modern Office Practice/ Modern Office Practice Management/ Office Management & Computer Application

Applicants must apply for a single trade (category) and choose a nearby location based on their current address.
They can select only one region for Apprenticeship. No selection of more than one region can be done.

Registrations:

The candidates who wish to apply for HR Executive/ CSR Executive/ Business Development Executive/ Law Executive / PR Assistant/ Rajbhasha Assistant / Library Professional Assistant / ITI (Electrician) will need to register themselves as a candidate/ student on the website of NAPS
On the other hand, candidates who wish to apply for other posts (Degree/ Diploma in Engineering) will need to register themselves on the website of NATS

Selection Procedure
