ANM Nursing Admission 2024: The Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) is inviting online applications for the ANM Entrance Examination, commonly known as ANMEE. Candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in ANM Nursing can come forward to apply for the entrance examination of admissions into 10 Government-recognised ANM Training Schools.

The Entrance Examination for SSUHS ANM Nursing Admission 2024 is scheduled to be held on the 22nd of September, 2024. Candidates will have the time to fill out the online application forms on the official website of SSUHS till the 7th of September, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered eligible for SSUHS ANM Nursing Admission 2024, candidates need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam, India.
• As of 31st December 2024, the candidate’s minimum age can be 17 years and the maximum age can be 35 years.
• However, if the candidate is an Anganwadi Worker, Asha Worker, or a Trained Dia, the upper age limit for admission to ANM Schools is relaxed from 35 to 42 years.
• A candidate must have completed 12 years of study (10+2) or its equivalent course from a recognized Board, Council, or University.
• Admission to ANM schools is restricted to female candidates only.

About the Exam

• The entrance exam for SSUHS ANM Nursing Admission 2024 will be conducted offline, via OMR sheets.
• There will be 50 questions in the paper, and total marks will be 100.
• For every correct response, a candidate will get 2 marks.
• There is no negative marking in this test.
• Candidates will be allotted 2 hours to complete the paper, i.e. from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
• The question paper will be in both English and Assamese language. However, candidates need to fill their OMR sheets in English only.

The minimum qualifying criteria/ cut-off score in the Entrance Examination of ANM Course will be as follows:

• General (UR/ EWS) – 30th Percentile
• SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ MOBC/ Divyang – 20th Percentile

• Once the registration process is completed, log in to the portal
• Now, fill out the application form with personal and educational details
• Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format
• Then proceed to the payment section and pay the applicable fees
• Lastly, submit the form and download it along with the payment receipt for future reference
