Pay Scale

The candidate selected under the APSC has released notification for 13 vacancies under the APSC lnsurance Medical Officer Recruitment 2025. Here is all you should know before applying. will receive a pay of Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 1,10,000/- with a Grade pay of Rs. 12,700/-, which comes under the Pay Band – 4 category.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be an lndian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of lndia and must be a permanent resident of Assam. The other requirements are as follows:

Age

• The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2025
• The upper age limit is relaxable
  • By 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, i.e. up to 45 years
  • By 3 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/51 dated Dispur the 2tu September, 2020
  • For Ex.Servicemen, the maximum age shall be 42 years as on 01-01-2025 tor Unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 (Three) years for OBC/ MOBC candidates and 5 (Five) years for SC/ ST candidates
  • Persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ ST/ OBC and UR Category of candidates as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 1441951121dated Dispur the 28th October, 2015

Education Qualification
