Eligibility
The applicant for Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2025 must be a permanent resident of Assam for all the posts except for the post of Senior Scientist-cum-Head.
Age Limit
The age limit for different posts for Assam Agricultural University Recruitment 2025 are as follows-
- The maximum upper age limit for the post of Senior Scientist-cum-Head is 47 years as on 01.01.2024. However there is no upper age limit for in-service candidates of AAU.
- Maximum upper age limit for the post of Subject Matter Specialist, Programme Assistant (Lab. Technician), Programme Assistant (Computer), Farm Manager is 38 years as on 01.01.2024.
- Maximum upper age limit for the post of Assistant, Stenographer Grade-III, Driver & Supporting Staff is 40 years as on 01.01.2024.
- Age relaxation for the reserved category will be as per norms of the Govt. of Assam.
