
A new controversy have erupted regarding the Assam Board Exam 2025 paper leak in the state. The students enrolled under Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), previously which came under the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), appeared for the Chemistry paper and are in the dismay regarding the rumours of the paper leak.
As today, on February 21, the fake Chemistry question paper for the Higher Secondary (HS) examination went viral on social media, it triggered panic among students and parents. Considering the situation, the Education Minister of Assam, Ranoj Pegu, took the X handle and addressed the news as fake.

He gave a reaction through X handle while stating, “A fake question paper of Higher Secondary exam today is circulating on social media. It is FAKE. The actual Chemistry paper will have a different color, not the pink one seen online.”
