Pay Scale

The pay scale for the Grade III and Grade IV jobs under BEML Recruitment 2025 will be-

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for the candidates applying for Grade III and IV jobs under BEML Recruitment 2025 are as follows –

  • Nationality – Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply

    • For Assistant Manager: Maximum age limit is 30 years
    • For Manager (Grade IV): Maximum age limit is 34 years

Educational Qualification & Experience

Asst. Manager/ Manager (Analysis) – 4 vacancies

  • Full Time First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Thermal/ Design from a recognized university.
  • Post graduate in Design/ Automobile from a recognized University/ Institution will be preferred.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in the analysis of various engine systems.
  • Hands-on experience in FE/ Structural analysis, Linear and Non-linear analysis, and tools like StarCCM+, ANSYS, Fluent, AVL Fire, Altair-HyperWorks.
  • Knowledge of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), Fatigue, and Durability in the automotive industry is desirable.

Asst. Manager/ Manager (Design) – 4 vacancies

  • Full Time First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Thermal/
    Design from a recognized university
  • Post graduate in Design/ Automobile from a recognized University/ Institution will be preferred.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in the design of engine systems, including knowledge of Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDI), Waste Gate, Variable Geometry Turbocharger, and other advanced technologies.
  • Proficiency in CREO for 3D modeling and converting 3D models into 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes like casting, sheet metal, stamping parts, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and tolerance stack-up analysis.
  • Experience in Project Management, Life Cycle Management, and Product Configuration Management (e.g., BOM, Option structuring) is an added advantage.

Asst. Manager/ Manager (Engine Testing) – 3 vacancies

  • Full Time First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Thermal/
    Design from a recognized university.
  • Post graduate in Internal Combustion Engine/ Thermal/ Auto mobile from a recognized University/ Institution will be preferred.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience in engine calibration for CEV Stage V or equivalent standards.
  • Knowledge of combustion hardware selection, test cell setup, measurement systems, data acquisition systems, calibration tools, and optimization tools and CAN communication protocol, control systems, closed-loop systems, and Type Approval & CoP (Conformity of Production) processes.
  • Experience with tools like INCA and Visu is an added advantage.
