Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be citizens of India. They must also have registered their name in the Employment Exchange and mention the Registration No. in the application form.
Age Limit
- The age of the candidate as on 1st May 2026 should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
- Candidates from reserved categories and other eligible groups are entitled to age relaxation as per the advertisement.

Educational Qualification
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor degree from a recognised University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government. Computer typing knowledge with Word and Excel is also required.
- Draftsman: H.S. Passed, along with a 2-year ITI Diploma in Draftsman (Civil) from any recognised institute.
- Stenographer: Bachelor degree from a recognised University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government. A minimum 6-month Computer Certificate/ Diploma and a recognised Stenography Certificate are also required.
- Mohorrer: H.S. Passed. No other qualification is required.
- Electrician: H.S.L.C. Passed, along with a 2-year ITI Diploma in Electrical from any recognised institute.
- Boiler Attendant: H.S.L.C. Passed, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Fireman/ Operator/ Pumpman/ Waterman/ Asstt. Fireman/ Asstt. Operator on a steam boiler.
- Bull Attendant, Peon, Chowkider, Animal Attendant and Cream Collector (all MTS): Passed Class VIII from a recognised institute.

- Self-attested copies of all educational and other certificates, age proof, caste certificate and P.R.C., among others
- 3 copies of self-attested recent passport size photographs
- Copy of the Employment Exchange registration
