DME Assam Recruitment 2024: The Directorate of Medical Education in Assam has reopened the online application portal for 2,685 Grade III and IV vacancies. These positions are spread across multiple medical colleges, including Dhubri, Nagaon, Nalbari, Kokrajhar, and Tinsukia. Candidates who missed the initial application window can now apply.

This is a newer, more comprehensive version of the notification that was issued last year. There are more job openings available in DME Assam recruitment 2024 compared to last year.

Vacancies of DME Assam Recruitment 2024

The total number of vacancies that would be filled based on the DME Assam Recruitment 2024 (including both Grade III/ IV posts) is increased up to 2,685. Various regions mentioned have multiple posts, and according to their zones and those who fulfill the eligibility criteria, can apply for the concerned jobs. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the DME Assam Recruitment 2024, the candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:

Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 18 years and 40 years of age
• The age relaxations will be as per governments rule (OBC/ MOBC – 3 years; ST/ SC – 5 years; PwD – 10 years)

Education Qualification

The minimum Education Qualification applying under DME Assam Recruitment 2024:

• For Grade III: The criteria for each vacancy is different, so candidates need to check them in the advertisement before applying.
• For Grade IV: The candidates must passed their class VIII examination to apply for the given posts.
