SBI PO Admit Card 2023 is out for Prelims; Download Call Letters, check Exam Patterns, and more
State Bank of India has released the SBI PO Admit Card 2023 for the preliminary examination to be held on 1st week of November 2023.
SBI PO Admit Card 2023: The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the admit cards for the preliminary examination for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO). The notification of SBI PO 2023 was released on the 7th of September 2023 and the form fillup for the vacancies started on the 7th itself. The deadline for the application form fill-up was the 27th of September, which was later extended upto the 3rd of October.

How to download the SBI PO Admit Card 2023?
Candidates who have applied online can now download SBI PO Admit Card 2023 for Prelims by the following steps given below:
- First of all, candidates need to click on the link given below and visit the webpage of SBI PO Admit Card 2023
- Enter their login details, that is Registration No/ Roll No and Password or Date of Birth
- Then click on the login button, and the candidate’s admit card will be displayed
- Lastly, download the SBI PO Admit Card 2023 and take a printout of the same
Exam Pattern of SBI PO 2023
All the candidates who have applied for SBI PO 2023 are required to appear in three phases of examination, i.e. (i) Prelims, (ii) Main, and (iii) Interview, Group Discussion & Psychometric Test. Candidates shortlisted after Prelims will have to appear for Mains and be subsequently called for Personal Interview.
Phase I (Preliminary Examination)
The first phase will be an online Computer-Based test, that will include multiple-choice questions of 100 marks. This test will be of a qualifying nature, and candidates will be allowed to sit in the Main Examination on the basis of scores in this phase. This test would be of 1-hour duration and it will consist of 3 sections as follows:

- Each test will have a separate timing as mentioned above.
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests and 1/4th of the mark assigned for the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- There will be no Sectional cutoff marks for the exam.
Phase II (Main Examination)
The second phase will also be an online Computer-Based test, that includes multiple-choice questions of 200 marks and a Descriptive Paper of 50 marks. The scores obtained by candidates in this phase will be used to shortlist the candidates for the 3rd phase. This test would be of 3 hours and 30 minutes as follows:

Phase III
- SBI will prepare a category-wise merit list on the basis of scores obtained in the Main Exam.
- Candidates numbering up to 3 times (approx.) of the Category-wise vacancies will be shortlisted for Phase III from the top of the category-wise merit list subject to a candidate scoring the minimum aggregate qualifying score, as decided by the Bank.
- Phase III will comprise the following 3 parts:
- Psychometric Test: This test is for personality profiling, of those candidates who will be shortlisted for Phase III. The findings of the test will be placed before the Interview panel to have a thorough perspective on the candidates.
- Group Exercise: 20 marks
- Interview: 30 marks
Final Selection
The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase II and Phase III separately. The marks obtained in the Main Exam, both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase III for preparing the final merit list. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Exam will not be considered while preparing the final merit list.
