The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the official IBPS Calendar 2026 for the Common Recruitment Process for Public Sector Banks and Regional Rural Banks. The calendar outlines the tentative examination schedule for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees, Specialist Officers, Customer Service Associates (Clerk) and RRB Officers and Office Assistants for the recruitment cycle 2026-27.
As per the IBPS Calendar 2026, all examinations will be conducted in online mode. The calendar includes separate dates for preliminary examinations and main or single-level examinations wherever applicable. Candidates preparing for bank examinations can use this calendar to plan their preparation strategy in advance.

The tentative schedule for Regional Rural Bank examinations as per the IBPS Calendar 2026 is as follows.

Registration Process
As mentioned in the IBPS Calendar 2026, the registration process for all examinations will be conducted online only. There will be a single registration for both preliminary and main examinations, wherever applicable.
During the application process, candidates will be required to upload the following documents in the prescribed format:
- Photograph of the applicant (20 kb to 50 kb in jpeg format)
- Signature of the applicant (10 kb to 20 kb in jpeg format)
- Thumb impression of the applicant (20 kb to 50 kb in jpeg format)
- Scanned copy of handwritten declaration (50 kb to 100 kb in jpeg format)
Candidates will also need to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone at the time of application. The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour photo, and the signature should not be in capital letters.
