IBPS PO Recruitment 2023: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 3049 vacant posts of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee. The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process of CRP PO/MT XIII Posts in the Participating Banks is scheduled in September, October and November of 2023. Interested candidates can register themselves online for IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 by following the instructions contained herein.
Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, UCO Bank and United Bank of India have not reported the number of available vacancies; so there is a high chance that the total number of vacancies will increase later on.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: A candidate must be either
a Citizen of India or
a subject of Nepal or
a subject of Bhutan or
a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification: A candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent to apply for IBPS PO Recruitment 2023.
Age Limit: A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1993 (30 years) and not later than 01.08.2003 (20 years), where both dates are inclusive. However, there are certain relaxations in the Upper age limit for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Selection Procedure
The selection process of IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 is divided into three phases, that is- the Preliminary Exam, the Main exam and the Interview round. Candidates who will qualify online Preliminary examination will have to appear for an online Main examination. The shortlisted candidates after the online Main examination will be subsequently called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank.

(iii) Interview
The total mark allotted for the Interview round of IBPS PO Recruitment 2023 is 100.
The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD candidates).
The weightage (ratio) of the Online Main Exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination of CRP- PO/ MT-XIII and Interview.
