Eligibility Criteria
District Lead
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in child protection or development sector
- Experience working with government systems and district-level stakeholders
Program Associate
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in education programs or NGO sector
- Strong understanding of FLN, STEM, and classroom practices
Education Specialist
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in education sector
- Strong expertise in FLN, STEM, monitoring and evaluation
Akikaran Fellowship
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Fluency in Assamese and working knowledge of English required
Roles and Responsibilities
District Lead
- Lead district-level implementation of child protection systems
- Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders
- Supervise field teams and ensure program execution
- Manage monitoring, reporting, and advocacy initiatives
Program Associate
- Deliver classroom-based FLN, STEM, and SEL interventions
- Conduct teacher training and student assessments
- Engage with communities and stakeholders
- Support monitoring, reporting, and program execution
Education Specialist
- Lead STEM and FLN program implementation
- Conduct teacher training and capacity building
- Manage monitoring and evaluation across projects
- Coordinate with teams and government stakeholders
Akikaran Fellowship

- Implement WST, SEL, and STEM interventions
