Pay Scale
The shortlisted candidates for the NTPC Recruitment 2025 will be eligible for a pay scale of Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 (E4 Grade/IDA).
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- The upper age limit for all the posts is 40 years.
(a) Deputy Manager (Electrical)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognised Institution
- Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/ Maintenance/ Commissioning/ Erection/ Engineering or combination thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant/power project of capacity 200 MW or above.
(b) Deputy Manager (Mechanical)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Mechanical/ Production with at least 60% marks from a recognised Institution
- Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/ Maintenance/ Commissioning/ Erection/ Engineering or combination thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant/power project of capacity 200 MW or above.
(c) Deputy Manager (C&I)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech Degree in Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a recognised Institution.
- Experience Profile: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in the power sector (Coal, Gas, Lignite) in Operation/ Maintenance/ Commissioning/ Erection/ Engineering or combination thereof in the relevant discipline in a power plant/power project of capacity 200 MW or above.
Selection Procedure
- The selection procedure for NTPC Recruitment 2025 depends on the qualifications and work experience.
- If necessary, the management reserves the right to conduct a multi-stage selection process to restrict the number of candidates.
- This process may comprise Application shortlisting/ screening (based on qualification, number of years of post-qualification experience/ site experience, etc.), written/ computer-based test, personal interview, etc. OR raising the minimum eligibility standards/ criteria, as per requirement.
- It is pertinent to mention that the mere fact that a candidate is fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/ her the right to be shortlisted/ called for a written test/Interview or to be considered further for the selection process.
Documents Required
- Class-X/ Class-XlI Examination, Admit Card/ Pass Certificate/ Marksheet issued by Central/ State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of their claim of age
- Certificates of HSLC to Post-Graduation Degree
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Documents in support of 10 years post qualification executive experience clearly highlighting the 03 years site experience in erection/ construction/ maintenance/commissioning (as indicated against each post in this advertisement).
- The candidates from private sector should also submit Form 16 of their current/previous employer for the last 03 Financial years
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) from current employer- if the candidate is working in a Govt/ Public Sector undertaking
- The candidates from Govt/ Public Sector undertaking should provide pay-scale circular/ matrix to verify minimum 02 years experience in the post and scale of Rs 60000-180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level post/ profile.
