Pay Scale
Selected candidates under OGEL Recruitment 2026 will receive the following consolidated monthly contract emoluments, comprising fixed and variable components:

Age Limit
All 7 posts under OGEL Recruitment 2026 carry the same age band: a minimum age of 18 years and an upper age limit of 45 years, as on 12th September 2026, the last date of receipt of application.

Selection Process
- Candidates under OGEL Recruitment 2026 will be selected purely through a Screening-cum-Personal Interview carrying a total of 100 marks.
- The minimum qualifying marks for all categories is fixed at 50.
- Candidates will be assessed on professional knowledge and skills in the concerned and allied disciplines, along with personal attributes and soft skills.
- Final selection will be made strictly on merit, based on the marks obtained in the Personal Interview by candidates who secure the qualifying marks or above.
Documents Required
Shortlisted candidates must carry the following documents in original along with self-attested copies at the time of the Personal Interview:
- Filled-in Personal Bio-Data Form
- Recent 3cm x 3cm coloured passport photograph
- Valid Photo Identity and Address Proof
- Date of Birth proof (Class X certificate)
- Class 10th admit card, marksheet and pass certificate, along with essential qualification marksheets and pass certificates
- Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL), Income and Asset Certificate (EWS), Disability Certificate, or Ex-Servicemen documents, as applicable
- Relevant Work Experience Certificate(s)
- No-Objection Certificate from current employer, if working
- EPF Member Pass Book, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Pass Book
