IGNOU PhD entrance results 2021 declared; Check steps to download result

NTA has released the IGNOU PhD entrance results on the 2nd of April 2022 which was conducted on 24th February 2022.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the IGNOU PhD entrance results on the 2nd of April 2022. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) PhD entrance examination was conducted on the 24th of February 2022 by NTA in computer-based test (CBT) mode. Candidates can now check and download their respective exam results by logging in to the official website of NTA.

How to download IGNOU PhD entrance results?

Candidates who appeared for the IGNOU PhD entrance examination 2021 can now check and download their IGNOU PhD entrance results at ease by following the simple steps mentioned below. All they need to keep handy while checking out the results are their application number and date of birth or password.

  1. First of all, visit the official website – ignou.nta.ac.in
  2. Then on the homepage appeared go for the “IGNOU PhD 2021-22 Score Card” button
  3. Proceed to log in to your account using the examination application number and date of birth or password
  4. After that, download the entrance examination scorecard and take a printout copy of the same for future use.

The IGNOU PhD entrance results and the final answer keys were processed by the experts and uploaded after considering and verifying all the challenges received against the questions.

IGNOU PhD entrance 2021

The entrance examination for PhD courses under IGNOU was held in 30 cities over the country on 24th February 2022. The entrance test is conducted to select candidates for admission into PhD courses in various subjects offered by IGNOU. The PhD course is of three years where IGNOU facilitates one to pursue her/his degree from distance.

This year a number of total 18687 candidates registered for the entrance examination of IGNOU PhD, from where 9196 candidates appeared on the day of the examination. This number of appeared candidates includes 5352 female candidates, 3842 male candidates, and 2 third gender candidates from all over India.
