Eligibility
Age limit
The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age and less than 18 years of age as of 01/01/2024. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Employment Exchange Registration
To apply for Barpeta Judiciary Recruitment 2024, candidates must be registered on any employment exchange in Assam.
Educational Qualification
- Process Server:
- Must be HSLC Pass.
- Candidates who have passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible for the post.
- Must know the official language of Assam.
- Office Peon:
- The minimum educational qualification is an VIII Standard pass. However, if they have passed HSSLC or above, they shall be ineligible for the post.
- Driver (Contractual):
- Must possess the education qualification of class VIII passed.
- Must hold a valid driving license to drive an LMV/four-wheel vehicle
Selection Procedure
Candidates will have to appear for a written test and interview for the posts of Process Server/ Peon and interview & driving test for the post of driver, before the Selection Board as and when called for, at their own expense.

Steps to Apply
