KVS Admission 2025: Offline Registration for Balvatika-2 & Classes 2-12 is going on

KVS Admission 2025: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has officially announced the commencement of the offline registration process for Balvatika-2 and Classes 2 to 12 (where online admissions are not taking place), beginning on April 2, 2025. The offline registration will remain available till April 11, 2025, provided there are available seats in the respective classes.

The registration process for Balvatika-1, Balvatika-3, and Class 1 was completed in March 2025. The lottery results for Class 1 were announced on March 27, 2025, while the first provisional lists for Balvatika-1 and Balvatika-3 have already been made available on the official portal, the final deadline for admissions to all classes except Class 11 is June 30, 2025.
However, if seats remain vacant, deputy commissioners can approve admissions until July 31, 2025. Admissions for Class 11 will commence within ten days of the CBSE Class 10 results, with priority given to KV students, followed by non-KV students based on seat availability.

As per KVS Admission 2025 guidelines, the minimum age requirements for Balvatika classes are as follows:

How to apply for Offline Registration for KVS Admission 2025?
- For Balvatika 2 and Classes 2 to 12, offline registration will begin at 10:00 AM on April 2 and, close at 04:00 PM on April 11.
- Parents and guardians applying for their child’s admission to Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) must submit duly completed application forms offline at their respective schools between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- As per the KVS Admission 2025 schedule, the first provisional selection list will be announced on 17 April, with the admission process taking place from 18 April to 21 April 2025.
