Coal India Limited Recruitment 2025: Coal India Limited (CIL), a leading Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for the post of Management Trainee. A total of 434 vacancies are available across various disciplines.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates under Coal India Limited Recruitment 2025 as Management Trainees in E-2 Grade in the pay scale of ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of ₹. 50,000/- per month during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of the 1-year training period and passing the test conducted, regularization will be in E-3 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹ 60,000 – 1,80,000/- at the initial Basic of ₹ 60,000/- with probation for 1 year, if not extended.

In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, perquisites, and allowances under the cafeteria approach, as well as Performance Related Pay (PRP) and other applicable benefits.

(c) Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA

(d) Legal: Graduate in Law (3 years or 5 years duration) from a recognized University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.

(e) Marketing & Sales: Degree with a 2-year MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing (Major) from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.

(f) Materials Management: Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a 2-year MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Management, with a minimum of 60% marks.

(g) Personnel & HR: Graduate with at least a 2-year full-time Postgraduate Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Postgraduate Program in Management from a recognized institute with a minimum of 60% marks with specialization in Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Master of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD), MBA in HR (Major), Master of Social Work with HR specialization.

(h) Security: Graduate in any discipline.

(i) Coal Preparation: B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc. (Engg.) with a minimum of 60% marks in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering.
