NABARD Recruitment: Apply now for 150 posts of Assistant Managers (Grade A)
The notification of NABARD recruitment for Assistant Manager in Grade 'A' (RDBS) is out. Interested candidates can apply on or before September 23, 2023.
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is inviting online applications for recruitment of Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) only from Indian citizens. The application portal for the same is open from 2nd September and candidates have time upto September 23rd, 2023.

Pay Scale
- Selected candidates of NABARD Recruitment will receive a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- per month on the scale of Rs. 44500 – 2500 (4) 54500 – 2850 (7) – 74450 – EB – 2850 (4) – 85850 – 3300 (1) – 89150 (17 Years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’.
- They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time.
- At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 1,00,000.

- Age Limit: The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of 01-09-2023, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-09-1993 and not later than 01-09-2002.

Selection Procedure
The selection process for Grade ‘A’ – Assistant Manager in NABARD is divided into three phases, that is- the Preliminary Exam, the Main exam and the Interview round. Candidates who will qualify online Preliminary examination will have to appear for an online Main examination. The shortlisted candidates after the online Main examination will be subsequently called for the Interview round.
(1) Preliminary Exam
- Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the preliminary examination of NABARD recruitment.
- The prelims paper will have 2 sections, the Qualifying section and the Merit section.
- Qualifying Section: Test of Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision-Making
- Merit Section: General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with a focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Main exam on the basis of marks scored in the Merit section only.
