Provisional Results of round 2 of NEET PG Medical Counselling 2021 declared

The NEET PG Medical Counselling Committee has declared the round 2 seat allotment result for the National Eligibility Entrance Test for PG.

NEET PG Medical Counselling: The provisional result for round 2 of NEET PG counselling 2021 for MD/ MS/ DIPLOMA/ DNB courses has been issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). According to MCC, “The allotment letters can be downloaded from the MCC website. Candidates are requested to proceed to report to the allotted college as per schedule after downloading their allotment letters.” The notice further read, “Candidates should confirm the admission schedule from the allotted college before proceeding to report, along with all required original documents.”

NEET PG medical counselling: How to check results?

  1. Visit the official website – mcc.nic.in
  2. Locate the link for ‘PG medical counselling’ and click on it.
  3. Click on the link ‘provisional allotment result round 2 PG 2021’ under the ‘Current events’ section.
  4. A PDF will open in a new window or tab.

The committee (NEET PG medical counselling) advised those applicants whose category or quota has been modified in the same institution and subject must obtain an online relieving letter and be accepted to the allotted institution on the changed category or changed quota seat. Such candidates must get new online-generated admission letters for the new category or quota seat, or their allotted seat would be deleted owing to non-admission.

The official notice regarding NEET PG medical counselling also quoted the following: “The candidates are further informed that the provisional result is only indicative in nature and subject to change. The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged before the Court of Law.”

Any inconsistency in the results can be immediately reported to the DGHS MCC through email at [email protected] until February 17, 2022, at 6 p.m. The committee will declare the provisional result as the “final outcome” after February 17.
