The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) released a new notification inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 72 vacancies of Officers (Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ and Manager Grade ‘B’) in the General and Specialist streams. The application portal for SIDBI Recruitment 2024 is open from the 8th of November, and interested candidates have time up to the 2nd of December, 2024 to apply for the same.
There are 2 specialist job vacancies under Manager Grade ‘B’ posts. One post is vacant in the Legal department, whereas the other is vacant in the IT department. The details of the vacancies of the SIDBI Recruitment 2024 are given below.

Salary
- All the candidates who get recruited as Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ will receive Rs. 44,500 – Rs. 1,00,000 per month.
- The candidates selected for vacancies under Manager Grade ‘B’ under SIDBI Recruitment 2024 will receive Rs. 55,200 – Rs. 1,15,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
The Age and Educational criteria for the recruitment under SIDBI Recruitment 2024 are given below:
Age Limit
For Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’
The candidate should not be less than 21 years old and not exceeding 30 years (Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1994 and not later than 09.11.2003 [both days including] are only eligible to apply).
For Manager Grade ‘B’
The candidate should not be less than 25 years old and not exceeding 33 years (Candidates born not earlier than 08.11.1991 and not later than 09.11.1999 [both days including] are only eligible to apply).
Educational Qualification
For Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’
- The candidate has pursued Graduation in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD applicants) OR
- The candidate is a Company Secretary (CS)/ Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
- The candidate has pursued an MBA/ PGDM [in Any Discipline (the course must be full-time for 2 years)]/ from a University/ Institution recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) / Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies
For Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’
- General
- The candidate has pursued graduation in any discipline/ Equivalent technical or professional qualification with a minimum 60% mark (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD applicants) OR
- The candidate has pursued post-graduation in any discipline/ Equivalent technical or professional qualification with a minimum of 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ ST/ PwBD applicants) in aggregate of all semesters/ years
- Specialised
- Legal: Bachelor’s degree in law from any University/ Institution, recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates, if vacancies are reserved for them) marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/ years and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India
- Information Technology (IT): Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications from a University/ Institution, recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC)/ Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. regulatory bodies with 60% marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD)

- Lastly, submit the form and download the online application for future reference
