SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released a notification on its official website about the SSC MTS (Non-Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) Recruitment 2025. Eligibility

Various eligibility criteria under SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025 are given below:

Nationality:

• A citizen of India
• A subject of Nepal
• A subject of Bhutan
• A Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st of January 1962, to permanently settle in India
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India can apply for SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2023

Age

The age criteria and relaxation under SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025 are directed below:

Age Limit (As of 01-08-2025)

• 18-25 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02.08.2000 and not later than 01.08.2007) for MTS.
• 18-27 years (i.e. candidates born not before 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2007) for Havaldar in CBIC and CBN, Department of Revenue and a few posts of MTS in various departments.

Essential Educational Qualifications

• The candidates applying for SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025 must have passed the Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01-08-2025.

SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025: How to apply

To apply for SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025, they must follow the given steps:

• On the Important Link Section below, the candidates will find steps to fill in the ‘One-Time Registration’ form
• Click ‘Continue’ to proceed and reach the personal details screen
• Enter the personal details
• Next, the candidate has to create a password
• Fill in all the details on the Additional Section page
• Once the OTR is created, the candidates must click on the ‘Online Application Portal’ option as directed below in the Important Link section
• At the first onset, they must enter the application details through OTR details (Registration number and password)
• Enter the personal details and information about educational qualifications
• Upload the necessary images/ documents and pay the fee using any one of the available options
• After completing these steps, preview all the information entered and submit the form
• Lastly, download the application form and the payment receipt for future reference

Selection Procedure

• The examination for SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2025 will consist of a Computer Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar).
• The Computer-Based Examination for SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment will be conducted in Hindi, English, and 13 regional languages viz.

• Computer-Based Examination will consist of Objective type multiple-choice questions. The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and in 13 regional languages.
• The candidates will get 45 Minutes to complete Session I and Session II.  Not attempting any session will disqualify the candidate.

Walking

• Male: 1600 meters in 15 minutes
• Female: 1 Km in 20 minutes

Physical Standard Test

Male

• Height: 157.5 cm (relaxable by 5 cm in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes)
• Chest 81 cm (fully expanded with a minimum expansion of 5 cm)

Female

• Height: 152 cm (relaxable by 2.5 cm in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes)
• Weight: 48 kg (relaxable by 2 Kg in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and members of Schedule Tribes)
