Salary

Grade III posts offer a pay scale of ₹26,600 to ₹90,000.
Grade VII post offers a pay scale of ₹37,500 to ₹1,45,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

General: 18 to 40 years
SC/ST: 18 to 45 years
OBC (NCL): 18 to 43 years
Inclusive of 10 years of age relaxation for PwBD in addition to category-wise relaxations.
Additional age relaxations possible for internal OIL employees and apprentices as per rules.

Educational Qualification

Class 10 pass from a recognized board for Grade III Technical posts, with a relevant trade certificate.
10+2 pass with a computer application certificate for Junior Office Assistant.
3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a valid competency certificate for Junior Engineer (Electrical).
Apprentices who have completed apprenticeship training in relevant trades from OIL and hold the required certificates may apply.

Selection Process

The recruitment process of Oil PwBD Recruitment 2026 consists of a Computer-Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks. Candidates will be shortlisted for CBT based on their online applications.
