PNB Recruitment 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released an official advertisement for the recruitment of 350 candidates in Specialist Officers posts under HRP 2025-26. Pay Scale
- The pay scale will be based on the grade level.
- The Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I) will receive a pay scale between ₹36,000 – ₹63,840
- The Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) will receive a pay scale between ₹48,170 – ₹69,810
- The Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMGS-III) will receive a pay scale between ₹63,840 – ₹78,230
- Apart from these, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Special Allowance and several other benefits.
- Other benefits are – Medical Benefits, Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), Furniture Allowance, Leased Accommodation, Reimbursement for Petrol & Newspaper, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity & Pension Scheme, Loans at Lower Interest Rates and Annual Bonus & Performance-Based Incentives.

Eligibility Criteria (as of January 1, 2025)
To be eligible to apply for the various positions offered in the PNB Recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the following criteria –
- A citizen of India, subject of Nepal/ Bhutan, Tibetan refugee (arrived in India before Jan 1, 1962), Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries intending to settle in India permanently are eligible provided they produce the eligibility certificate issued by the Indian Government.

Note –
- The work experience (for Manager/ Sr. Manager posts) must be full-time & from a recognized organization.

Selection Process
Online Written Test
- The written exam will be in the format of MCQs and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Candidates must secure the minimum marks in each section set by the exam conducting body to advance to the next stage.

Online Interview
- Candidates who qualify for the written test will be called for an interview
- The total marks for the interview will be 50.
- The qualifying marks set by the authorities of PNB Recruitment 2025 for each category are given below –
- The minimum marks required for the General/ EWS Category – 45% (22.5 marks)
- The minimum marks required for the SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwBD – 40% (20 marks)
- A board of senior officials will assess candidates based on –

Post Selection Process
- The final selection of PNB Recruitment 2025 will be based on the candidate’s performance in the online Test and/or interview.
- Merit List will be calculated on the basis of written exam (if it is conducted) and interview in the 80:20 weightage ratio.
- In case the written exam is not conducted, only the marks of the interview will be considered.
- The final merit list will be published on the PNB website.
- Selected candidates will receive their appointment letters.
- Selected candidates will be on a probation period for 1-2 years, wherein they will undergo training and evaluation.
- Posting can be anywhere in India depending on requirements of the bank.
