Dhritiraj Mishra, got the rank of 428, a dedicated and determined youth from Guwahati, emerged as an inspiring figure for many UPSC aspirants. A former student of Khanapara, he pursued his engineering degree from the prestigious Assam Engineering College. After graduation, he moved to Kolkata for work, but his professional commitments never overshadowed his dream of joining the civil services. Balancing his job with rigorous study sessions, Dhritiraj showcased remarkable discipline and perseverance. His journey stands as a shining example of how dedication, consistency, and focus can turn even the busiest routines into a stepping stone towards success.

Following closely is Bhaswata Saikia from Assam’s Nagaon district, who achieved AIR 474. Saikia’s journey is particularly inspiring—having previously cleared the exam in 2024 with AIR 552 and joined the Indian Police Service (IPS), he returned with greater resolve to improve his rank and aim for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

Arunachal Pradesh also celebrated double success, with Bullo Manku (AIR 645) and Dr. Zing Messar (AIR 846) making it to the list. Adding to the pride of the Northeast is Jerry Lalhratthang Buongpui from Manipur, who represents the Hmar community and secured AIR 999. Their accomplishments not only reflect personal excellence but also the growing aspiration among youth from the region to serve the nation through civil services.
