Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 has been announced by the Bank for the engagement of human resource on a regular basis across various departments, vide advertisement number BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/15. - Senior Manager – Digital Product: B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation, or Master of Computer Applications.
- Product Manager – Digital Lending: Graduation in any discipline; preferred PG with digital lending-related certification.
Facility Management:
- Technical Officer, Technical Manager and Technical Senior Manager – Civil Engineer: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Officer, Technical Manager and Technical Senior Manager – Electrical Engineer: BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
Information Security:

Selection Procedure
The selection process for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026 may comprise application scrutiny, an online test, a psychometric test and/ or a personal interview, at the Bank’s discretion. If conducted, the online test will carry qualifying sections in Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude, along with a scored Professional Knowledge section.

The online test, if conducted, will be of 150 minutes duration, and there will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates shortlisted from the online test will be called for a Psychometric Test and/ or Personal Interview, for which the minimum qualifying marks are 60% for General and EWS category candidates and 55% for candidates from other reserved categories.
